Had a great time at C's on Saturday night. The service was attentive and the meal delicious, as always. It is a "go to" place for us. The extra touch on Saturday was that we got to dance in to a couple favorite oldies- the entertainer knew just how to get the crowd going. A fun night.
This place has a beautiful setting. Went with a group of six. Service was the absolute worst. Had to go into kitchen to see where our food was, owner said it was on its way out, not! Another 25 mins. Food took over an hour. They just kept dealing with a party that had on the front deck and ignored everyone else. I hope they get better. Could be great but my experience was awful.... absolutely no excuse on a Saturday night.
Mister C's is a fantastic restaurant with an even better staff and ambiance. love coming here! I enjoyed the Beet Salad and Seared Ahi Tuna Nachos tonight with my wine! The view was extremely breathtaking! Karen the owner is such a delight and one of the hardest workers I have ever met! Can't wait to come back!
Unless you are a Land Lover like my wife, who enjoyed the Grilled NY Sirloin perfectly grilled to order, hot and juicy, with baked potato and tomato jam.
The various menu selections are amazing, as well as the outstanding wine list and superb drinks. My most recent dinner selection , the BBQ Salmon with roasted corn grits and apple relish, was presented beautifully and cooked just right. Nothing can beat dining on great seafood with an ocean view!

Most unique bar in the area. It is sunken with dead on views of the Atlantic. Views can often rival a Monet painting when the lighting is just right. Plenty of surfers when condition are correct. The menu is bit limited but the food is solid. Outside seating in the summer on weekends. You can get a day pass for the beach and have lunch like being at a beach club.
Few things in this life are consistently dependable, day after day, year after year. Tucked away right on the ocean, in the beautiful neighborhood of Allenhurst, NJ, Mister C’s Beach Bistro is one of those rare treasures. I have been dining there both before and after Hurricane Sandy, and have always had a spectacular dining experience.
